Self-Guided Workout
Service Description
In this class format, each person follows the pre-planned workout of the day, or their personalized workout plan independently. This allows you to fully focus on your own workout and get the most out of your training time. It also gives a little flexibility with your arrival and departure times. You'll have close supervision, ensuring safe yet challenging workouts plus modifications and help with proper form and technique. All which will optimize your fitness progress. New workout programs will be given every month. Each program will focus on building strength and muscle endurance throughout the entire body. Exercises focus on basic and everyday movements with some variety mixed in. All levels are welcome, your workout will be customized to your current fitness level. For optimal results, 2 or 3 workouts per week is recommended. Class size is limited to 6 ladies.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel and/or reschedule online (or Fit app) within 3 hours of session start time. I will provide refunds for up to 3 last-minute cancellations or no-shows. (within 3 hours of the start time). However, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund of your class or session payment.
