Small Group Personal Training
High Quality Fitness Instruction
​I am now solely focused on Small Group Training, which blends the personalized attention of one-on-one coaching with the energy, support, and affordability of a group fitness class. ​​

Training sessions accomodate 6-8 ladies of all ages and fitness levels. The smaller group size means I can give you personalized guidance and tailor exercises to fit your needs. Whether you’re just starting out, learning new exercises, or dealing with pain or injury, I’ll make adjustments to help you get the most out of every workout.​
Workouts are programmed in 12 week cycles with a new focus every 4 weeks to help you build your strength and stamina in an efficient and progressive way.
We use equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension straps, bands, balls and bodyweight to get the job done.
While consistency is key to fitness success, I understand that life can be unpredictable. With flexibility in mind, you won’t be locked into a rigid schedule or pressured to meet a set number of classes.
My goal is to make fitness something you can fit into your life, no matter what challenges or surprises come your way.

You’ll find a supportive, no-pressure environment where progress is celebrated, and showing up—whenever you can—is always enough.
Here are the different training options I offer depending on your goals and workout preferences:
Our Strength Training Program focuses on building total body strength through traditional methods like heavy lifting, compound exercises, and counting reps and sets. Don't worry, it's beginner-friendly!

In this self-led class, you'll follow either the planned daily workout or your customized workout* independently, while I provide close supervision, guidance, and encouragement.​​
Our Circuit Training Sessions offer a mix of strength, cardio and endurance building exercises and are ideal for those looking to increase their overall strength, fitness and vigor.
These classes are trainer-led and the format varies from day to day offering plenty of variety. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
I offer a Customized Fitness Plan for those seeking an even more personalized program with extra coaching and accountability.
This plan includes online goal reviews to assess your progress and adjust goals as needed; weekly check-ins for accountability; *customized workouts for Strength Training sessions; and a personal app to track your workout progress.
You’ll have a clear view of your improvements, helping you stay motivated and confident that you're moving in the right direction.
If you can’t make it to our in-studio sessions, our online training program lets you follow your workouts through a custom app—giving you the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere.
You’ll receive weekly check-ins for accountability, and your workouts will be tailored to the equipment you have available and any modifications you may need. This ensures that you stay on track and continue progressing, no matter where you are.
